Mine Planning and Engineering
We provide short-term, medium-term, and long-term mine planning, including pit optimization, sequencing, scheduling, and reserve evaluation. Our planning process incorporates geotechnical parameters, haul road design, and production target alignment to achieve optimal stripping ratios and cost-effective material movement, measured in Bank Cubic Meter (BCM).
Overburden Removal and Ore/Coal Mining
We execute overburden stripping and mineral extraction using a combination of excavators, loaders, and haul trucks. Production is managed based on BCM targets, with strict monitoring of stripping ratio (SR) to maintain economic efficiency. Our operations are supported by real-time production tracking and equipment productivity analysis (e.g., cycle time, fill factor, and bucket productivity).
Drilling and Blasting
Our drilling and blasting services are designed to achieve optimal fragmentation, reduce dilution, and improve downstream loading efficiency. We apply controlled blasting techniques with precise burden and spacing calculations, powder factor optimization, and vibration control in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Hauling and Material Handling
We manage end-to-end hauling operations from pit to ROM (Run of Mine), stockpile, or processing facilities. Our logistics system is optimized through haul road maintenance, grade control, and fleet dispatch systems to minimize cycle time and maximize payload efficiency.
Equipment Management and Maintenance
We operate and maintain a modern fleet of heavy equipment with a strong focus on availability (PA), utilization (UA), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Our maintenance strategy includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and optimal machine performance.
Mine Infrastructure and Support Services
We provide comprehensive support services, including haul road construction and maintenance, drainage systems, dewatering, stockpile management, and progressive rehabilitation. All activities are conducted in accordance with Good Mining Practice (GMP) and environmental compliance requirements.
